"60 Second Lives" presented at Pecha

“60 Second Lives” is a concept I
created to merge the art forms of
writing and photography. After two
introductory slides, I perform six “60
Second Lives” by narrating short
fictions or poems I wrote to capture the
essence of a character’s story. Each
reading is illustrated by three original
photographs. From a Guatemalan Festival
to a mid-Ohio farm, “60 Second Lives”
takes you across cultures and into
sometimes lighthearted, sometimes tragic
tales.
